WEEKLY ANALYSIS

On Monday, Blindspot earned a 2.2 rating, up from the 2.1 rating of last week's episode. Nothing has changed here: "certain to be renewed." In other news, NBC has increased Blindspot's order, along with the orders of Chicago Fire, Law & Order: SVU, and Chicago P.D., from 22 episodes to 23 episodes each. (You can read about it here).

On Tuesday, Chicago Fire scored a 1.8 rating, following a clip-show of The Voice. This just proves that Fire is not lead-in dependent and is one of NBC's most stable dramas. This prediction is easy: "certain to be renewed."

On Wednesday, The Mysteries of Laura led off the night with a 1.2 rating, up from last week's 1.0. Laura seems to still be fighting for that renewal and will remain on the bubble as of right now. Law & Order: SVU returned to a 1.5 rating after a week off. Nothing has changed as SVU remains as a certain renewal. Chicago P.D. ended the night with a 1.4 rating. Although not the strongest, P.D.is still a certain renewal for syndication and stability purposes.

On Thursday, Heroes Reborn started the night with a 1.3 rating, hitting its highest rating since week two of the broadcast season. I have decided to move Reborn up to "likely to be canceled," but expect the show to fall again in the coming weeks. The Blacklist followed with a 1.4 rating, down from last week's 1.5 rating. However, it is still certain to be renewed. The Player...it's dead.

On Friday, Undateable managed a 0.7 rating*, even with last week. Truth Be Told followed with a 0.6 rating*. Both of these shows are likely to be canceled and certain to be canceled, respectively. Grimm garnered a 1.0* rating, down from the 1.1 rating of its season five premiere. However, it should be noted that its unrounded number was a 0.950, so it will likely be adjusted down to a 0.9. Even though Grimm may soon be going fractional, I still think it will at least get a final, shortened season. Therefore, Grimm is likely to be renewed.

*Friday's ratings are subject to change
