Magnum PI Saved by NBC

NBC has come to the rescue of Magnum PI. The procedural drama was canceled in May by CBS, despite decent and steady ratings over the course of its run. However, that will not prove to be the end of the line, with a rumored NBC pickup of the series ultimately proving to be true. NBC parent company Universal produces the series, which was one of the highest-rated series to be canceled this season. The NBC pickup is for two seasons, to run for a total of twenty episodes. Magnum PI is the first canceled series to have been rescued this season, and with contracts for network shows having expired on June 30, may ultimately be the only. Jay Hernandez, Perdita Weeks, Zachary Knighton and Amy Hill all star in the series and are expected to return after the move to NBC.

Tom Swift Canceled by The CW

The CW's impending sale has claimed one more victim: Tom Swift. The Nancy Drew spinoff, which debuted roughly a month ago, has been canceled less than halfway through its first (and only) season. The series aired behind Superman & Lois, posting weak retention of the series, which is one of The CW's highest-rated series (which is not saying much). Tian Richards starred as the titular inventor, with Ashleigh Murray, Marquise Vilson, Albert Mwangi and April Parker Jones also appearing in lead roles. This is a correct prediction for The TV Ratings Guide.

Duncanville Canceled by Fox

Fox's stay in Duncanville has come to an end. The summer animated comedy has been canceled by Fox after three low-rated seasons. Co-created by and starring Amy Poehler, the series ran for 33 episodes over its run on Fox. A further six episodes were produced as part of its Fox order. Instead of burning those episodes off on Fox, they will be exclusive to Hulu, a streamer whose parent network has an ownership stake in Duncanville. Ty Burrell, Riki Lindhome, Joy Osmanski, Wiz Khalifa, Rashida Jones, Yasir Lester, Zach Cherry and Betsy Sodaro make up the remainder of the series' principal cast. This is a correct prediction for The TV Ratings Guide.

Wednesday TV Ratings 6/29/22: The Flash Steady for Finale, MasterChef and So You Think You Can Dance Stable, The Price Is Right At Night Repeat Down (UPDATED)

Ratings Analysis: 'The Flash' (0.11, 0.00) closed out its eight season on the CW in stable fashion but still came nowhere near the reruns that aired on the big four networks. 'Wellington Paranormal' (0.03) remained dismal in week two and led into a repeat of itself (0.02). Fox originals 'MasterChef' (0.41, 0.00) and 'So You Can Think You Can Dance' (0.28, 0.00) matched their week-ago episodes, with the former tying for the top spot of the evening in the 18-49 demographic. CBS had a strong pair of 'Price Is Right at Night' encores (0.36/0.41) and a 'SWAT' rerun (0.24). NBC went with repeats of 'Chicago Med' (0.26), 'Chicago Fire' (0.30), and 'Chicago PD' (0.29) that were all in a similar range. ABC had solid reruns of 'The Conners' (0.34) and 'Press Your Luck' (0.29), but 'The Goldbergs' (0.24), 'Abbott Elementary' (0.23), and 'Home Economics' (0.22) were a good bit weaker in comparison.

Finals Update: Repeats of 'Chicago Med' (+0.1) and 'The Price Is Right at Night' at 8 PM (+0.1) adjusted up.

Tuesday TV Ratings 6/28/22: Superman & Lois Inches Down for Finale, America’s Got Talent Slightly Down Again, Dancing with Myself Rises (UPDATED)

Ratings Analysis: The CW's 'Superman & Lois' (0.12, -0.02) dropped by two-hundredths on finale night and closed out season two with a relatively weak performance. 'Tom Swift' (0.05, +0.01) picked up a hundredth at 9 but still retained less than half of its 'Superman' lead-in. On NBC, 'America's Got Talent' (0.64, -0.01) dipped by a single hundredth while 'Dancing with Myself' (0.36, +0.08) rose for the first time in its run. CBS went with reruns of 'FBI' (0.33), 'FBI: International' (0.27), and 'FBI: Most Wanted' (0.23). Despite all being in repeat-mode, ABC programs 'Holey Moley' (0.31), 'The Chase' (0.28), and 'Who Do You Believe?' (0.20) were very close to ratings they post for original episodes. Fox had a meager repeat of 'Crime Scene Kitchen' (0.21) and an even weaker encore of 'I Can See Your Voice' (0.15).

Finals Update: 'Dancing With Myself' (+0.1) and the repeat of 'FBI: International' (+0.1) adjusted up.

Monday TV Ratings 6/27/22: Weakest Link Slightly Down for Finale, American Ninja Warrior and Beat Shazam Tick Up (UPDATED)

Ratings Analysis: NBC's 'Weakest Link' (0.35, -0.03) shed three-hundredths on finale night but remained relatively close to its rising 'American Ninja Warrior' lead-in (0.39, +0.01). On Fox, 'Don't Forget the Lyrics!' (0.30, -0.01) lost a single hundredth as 'Beat Shazam' (0.34, +0.01) gained one. CW dramas 'Roswell, New Mexico' (0.05, -0.01) and 'In the Dark' (0.04, +0.01) followed the same pattern as the Fox shows. ABC's 'Celebrity Family Feud' reruns (0.47/0.50/0.42) beat out every broadcast on the other networks. CBS's repeats of 'The Neighborhood' (0.36), 'Bob Hearts Abishola' (0.32), and 'NCIS' (0.24) were all down from last week while 'NCIS: Hawai'i' (0.25) was a hundredth higher than the week prior.

Sunday TV Ratings 6/26/22: Stanley Cup Jumps for Final Game, I Can See Your Voice Goes Low in Special Airing, Duncanville Finale Dips (UPDATED)

Ratings Analysis: The 'Stanley Cup Finals' (1.69, +0.20) climbed to a new high for the last game of 2022 and more than tripled the rerun of 'America's Funniest Home Videos' (0.37) that led into it. NBC couldn't quite compete with ABC's game 6 broadcast but still got decent mileage out its 'NASCAR Ally 400' telecast (0.45). The repeat of 'America's Got Talent' (0.28) that followed 'NASCAR' failed to keep up the momentum. CBS went with middling reruns of '60 Minutes' (0.33/0.28), 'The Equalizer' (0.19), and 'NCIS: LA' (0.19). On Fox, a special preview of game show 'I Can See Your Voice' (0.14) went 50% below the program's previous series low (0.28) in the 7PM hour. That rating was still slightly higher than the season finale of 'Duncanville' (0.13, -0.01). The latter lost to reruns of 'The Simpsons' (0.17) and 'Bob's Burgers' (0.15) that aired in the 8PM hour but at least edged out the 9:30PM encore of 'Family Guy' (0.12). The CW's 'Riverdale' (0.06, +0.02) picked up two-hundredths and led into a rerun of 'Penn & Teller: Fool Us' (0.05).

Finals Update: 'Stanley Cup Game 6' (+0.6) and the repeat of 'The Simpsons' (+0.1) adjusted up. The repeat of 'America's Funniest Home Videos' (-0.3) adjusted down.

Saturday TV Ratings 6/25/22: Superstar Racing Experience and USFL Very Low, MLB Tops Quiet Night (UPDATED)

Ratings Analysis: After losing out to the 'Stanley Cup' last week, Fox's 'MLB Regional Coverage (0.34) picked up four-hundredths and was back to topping Saturday night. ABC had its usual rerun trio of 'America's Funniest Home Videos' (0.25), 'Shark Tank' (0.21), and 'The Rookie' (0.12). NBC got nothing out of the 'Breakers v. Stallions' USFL game (0.17) but still bested CBS's feeble 'Superstar Racing Experience' (0.14). A repeat of '48 Hours' (0.13) went even lower in the 10PM hour. 'Would I Lie to You? (0.04, -0.01) ticked down on the CW while 'Masters of Illusion' (0.03, 0.00) held flat. As usual, the 8PM encore of 'Whose Line Is It Anyway?' (0.07) outperformed the originals. The 9:30PM 'Masters of Illusion' repeat (0.03) tied the new episode that aired at 9.

Finals Update: 'MLB Regional Coverage' (+0.1) and 'USFL: Breakers v. Stallions' (+0.1) adjusted up.

Friday TV Ratings 6/24/22: Daytime Emmys Low, Stanley Cup Rises for Game 5, WWE Smackdown Slips (UPDATED)

Ratings Analysis: The '49th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards' (0.21) lost two-hundredths when compared to the 48th ceremony (0.23) and did little to boost CBS's Friday night lineup. Earlier in the night, 'Come Dance With Me' (0.20, +0.02) grew by two-hundredths for its season finale. Game 5 of the '2022 Stanley Cup Finals' (1.49, +0.18) impressed on ABC and rose by nearly two-tenths from the previous one. Fox's 'WWE Smackdown' (0.53, -0.04) declined by four-hundredths but was still the strongest broadcast outside of the 'Stanley Cup'. NBC got 0.3s from reruns of 'American Ninja Warrior' (0.26) and 'Dateline NBC' (0.31). The CW's 'Dynasty' (0.03, -0.01) shed a hundredth and trailed the encore of 'Penn & Teller: Fool Us' (0.08) that led into it.

Finals Update: '2022 Stanley Cup Game 5' (+0.7) and the repeat of 'American Ninja Warrior' (+0.1) adjusted up. 'Dynasty' (-0.1) adjusted down.

Thursday TV Ratings 6/23/22: NBA Draft Slightly Up From 2021, MasterChef Junior Finale Tops Quiet Night, Walker Ends Lower (UPDATED)

Ratings Analysis: The '2022 NBA Draft' (0.39) was a modest performer for ABC and improved by about two-hundredths from what it garnered a year prior (0.37). The season finale of Fox program 'MasterChef Junior' (0.40, +0.11) narrowly beat out the 'Draft' and came within a hundredth of its season high. A clip show (0.30) that preceded the finale was a full tenth lower than 'Junior' in the 8PM hour. CBS had another round of reruns of 'Young Sheldon' (0.31), 'United States of Al' (0.25), 'Ghosts' (0.25), 'B Positive' (0.21), and 'Bull' (0.22). NBC went with encores of 'Law & Order' (0.22), 'Law and Order: SVU' (0.25), and 'Law & Order: Organized Crime' (0.24). 'Walker' (0.07, -0.04) slipped for its season finale on the CW and tied its series low. A rerun of 'Superman & Lois' (0.05) closed out the evening.

Finals Update: The '2022 NBA Draft' (+0.1) adjusted up.

Wednesday TV Ratings 6/22/22: Stanley Cup Ticks Up in Game 4, MasterChef Holds Steady, Wellington Paranormal Stays Low in Return (UPDATED)

Ratings Analysis: The 'Stanley Cup Finals' (1.31, +0.11) rose by a tenth and some change for game four and led ABC to another effortless victory. Over on CBS, reruns of 'The Price Is Right At Night' (0.43/0.44) were strong enough to beat out all non-sports telecasts. However, far fewer tuned in for a 10PM encore of 'One Last Time: An Evening with Tony Bennett and Lady Gaga' (0.24). Fox had a stable edition of 'MasterChef' (0.41, 0.00) and a sinking 'So You Think You Can Dance' (0.28, -0.03). NBC's 'Chicago Med' rerun (0.27) declined from last week's while encores of 'Chicago Fire' (0.33) and 'Chicago PD' (0.34) grew on a week-to-week basis. 'The Flash' (0.11, +0.03) rebounded on the CW and led into the frighteningly low season premiere of 'Wellington Paranormal' (0.03/0.01). The 9:30PM episode marks a new series low for 'Paranormal' and puts the drama a single hundredth away from not registering at all in the Adults 18-49 demographic.

Finals Update: 'Stanley Cup Game 4' (+0.4) adjusted up.

Tuesday Cable Ratings 6/21/22: January 6th Committee Hearings Rise on Day 4, Motherland: Fort Salem Ties Low in Return, A Rise for All Rise

Tuesday TV Ratings 6/21/22: Exclusively Elvis Special Low, America’s Got Talent, Dancing With Myself and Holey Moley All Drop (UPADTED)

Ratings Analysis: ABC's Elvis Presley-themed '20/20' special (0.24) found itself in last place in the 10PM hour but still served as an improvement over last week's 'Who Do You Believe?' (0.22). Earlier in the night, 'Holey Moley' (0.36, -0.05) and 'The Chase' (0.30, -0.05) shed five-hundredths apiece. On NBC, 'America's Got Talent' (0.65, -0.11) and 'Dancing with Myself' (0.28, -0.06) dealt with even larger declines than the alphabet network offerings. CBS's reruns of 'FBI' (0.33), 'FBI: International' (0.25), and 'FBI: Most Wanted' (0.27) predictably trumped Fox's encores of 'Crime Scene Kitchen' (0.18) and 'MasterChef Junior' (0.18). 'Superman & Lois' (0.14, -0.01) and 'Tom Swift' (0.04, -0.01) both lost a hundredth on the CW.

Finals Update: 'Holey Moley' (+0.1) adjusted up.

Monday TV Ratings 6/20/22: Stanley Cup Rises with Game 3, Weakest Link Sets New Season High, Beat Shazam Beats Dont Forget the Lyrics (Final Ratings)

Ratings Analysis: The 'Stanley Cup Finals' (1.20, +0.09) went almost a tenth higher than Friday's telecast for game three and once more helped ABC rise to the top. On NBC, 'American Ninja Warrior' (0.38, +0.04) and 'Weakest Link' (0.38, +0.08) were both on the rise, with 'Link' going as far as to set a new season high. Fox game show 'Don't Forget the Lyrics' (0.31, -0.01) lost a tick while 'Beat Shazam' (0.33, +0.02) picked up two-hundredths. The CW's 'Roswell, New Mexico (0.06, 0.00) held even as 'In the Dark' (0.03, -0.01) shed a hundredth. CBS's reruns of 'The Neighborhood' (0.37), 'Bob Hearts Abishola' (0.33), and 'NCIS' (0.28) all went higher than their week-ago encores. On the other hand, 'NCIS: Hawai'i' (0.24) only managed to tie last week's repeat.

Sunday TV Ratings 6/19/22: Duncanville Sinks To The Bottom of Fox Lineup, AFV Repeat Tops Night with Scarce Originals (UPDATED)

Ratings Analysis: Fox cartoon 'Duncanville' (0.14, -0.06) declined by six-hundredths and was outrated by surrounding reruns of 'MasterChef' (0.15), 'The Simpsons' (0.15), 'Bob's Burgers' (0.15), and 'Family Guy' (0.15). ABC had solid repeats of 'America's Funniest Home Videos' (0.45), 'Celebrity Family Feud' (0.36/0.43), and 'The $100,000 Pyramid' (0.34). CBS was close behind with '60 Minutes' (0.39/0.36), 'The Equalizer' (0.25), and 'NCIS: Los Angeles' (0.20). NBC's rerun of 'Weakest Link' (0.37) bested all of the program's original episodes from this season and was followed by encores of 'Dancing with Myself' (0.26) and 'America's Got Talent' (0.26). The CW was even more meager than usual with 'The Black Pack: Excellence' (0.03) and 'Brandon Leake: A Family Affair' (0.02).

Finals Update: Repeats of '60 Minutes' (+0.1 each), 'Celebrity Family Feud' at 8 PM (+0.1), 'Dancing With Myself' (+0.1), and 'America's Got Talent' (+0.1) adjusted up.

Saturday TV Ratings 6/18/22: Stanley Cup Drops in Game 2, Transplant Nears Season High, Superstar Racing Experience Low (UPDATED)

Ratings Analysis: Game 2 of the 2022 'Stanley Cup Finals' (1.11, -0.22) was a little more than two-tenths below Wednesday's broadcast of the first game (1.33) but still gave ABC the upper-hand over the other networks. Fox's 'MLB Regional Coverage' (0.30) took a distant second-place and ended up being seven-hundredths lower than last week's broadcast. On NBC, 'Transplant' (0.20, +0.11) soared to its highest rating in over two months but was still bested by the 'Dateline' rerun (0.28) that followed it. 'Superstar Racing Experience' (0.14) and a '48 Hours' rerun (0.13) failed to make much of a dent on CBS. 'Would I Lie To You?' (0.05, +0.01) and 'Masters of Illusion' (0.03, +0.01) both got a hundredth back on the CW. 'Masters' was beaten by a 9:30PM repeat of itself (0.04) while 'Lie' was put to shame by an 8PM encore of 'Whose Line Is It Anyway?' (0.07).

Finals Update: 'Stanley Cup Game 2' (+0.5), 'MLB Regional Coverage' (+0.1), and the repeat of 'Dateline NBC' (+0.1) adjusted up.

The Bullpen Season 5 Episode 3: Cotton Candy Talk

Friday TV Ratings 6/17/22: Dateline Amber Heard Interview Weak, Juneteenth and Watergate Specials Very Low, WWE SmackDown Bounces Back (UPDATED)

Ratings Analysis: NBC attempted to mine for ratings gold by airing a 'Dateline' interview with Johnny Depp's ex-wife Amber Heard (0.27), but the telecast made almost no noise in the 8PM hour. Though it did rate higher than Fox's TMZ special about the Depp-Heard debacle (0.17), this number was a good bit below last week's normal edition of 'Dateline' (0.40). The peacock network slipped even more from there with a rerun of 'American Ninja Warrior' (0.16). ABC had even less luck with 'Sound of Freedom: A Juneteenth Celebration' (0.24), but a rerun of '20/20' (0.32) picked up the pace from there. CBS series 'Come Dance with Me' (0.18, -0.02) dropped by two-hundredths and led into a 'Watergate' special (0.14) that probably would have done better a couple decades ago. On the Fox network, wrestling program 'WWE Smackdown' (0.57, +0.13) shot up to a shockingly strong rating and topped the night altogether. The CW had reruns of 'Penn & Teller: Fool Us' (0.07) and 'World's Funniest Animals' (0.05/0.05).

Finals Update: All shows held their preliminary ratings.

Thursday TV Ratings 6/16/22: NBA Finals Jump in Final Game, Legacies Slightly Down for Series Finale (Final Ratings)

Ratings Analysis: The sixth and final game of the 2022 NBA Finals (4.32, +0.33) posted the highest rating out of all 2022 games and even eclipsed the last game of 2021 (4.27). ABC's 'Jimmy Kimmel Live: Game Night' (0.53, -0.02) and 'NBA Countdown' (0.88, -0.02) declined by two-hundredths apiece in the 8PM hour. As the Golden State Warriors took home the gold, most of the other networks did not dare to air originals. CBS went with its usual repeat lineup of 'Young Sheldon' (0.30), 'United States of Al' (0.25), 'Ghosts' (0.24), 'B Positive' (0.22), and 'Bull' (0.22). NBC's reruns of 'Law & Order' (0.22), 'Law & Order: SVU' (0.26), and 'Law & Order: Organized Crime' (0.24) had a slightly higher average than Fox's encores of 'MasterChef Junior' (0.25) and 'Don't Forget the Lyrics!' (0.21). Over on the CW, 'Walker' (0.11, -0.01) and the series finale of 'Legacies' (0.09, -0.01) each shed a single hundredth.

Wednesday TV Ratings 6/15/22: Kung Fu Ends on a New Low, Stanley Cup Heavily Up from 2021 (UPDATED)

Ratings Analysis: The CW's 'Kung Fu' (0.05, -0.02) wrapped up its second season on a sour note by sinking to its lowest rating on record. This number is 50% below its premiere from just three months ago (0.10) and serves as the program's least-watched episode in terms of total viewership. Earlier in the night, 'The Flash' (0.08, -0.04) dropped by four-hundredths and tied its series low. ABC easily topped the evening as its broadcast of the first 'Stanley Cup Finals' game (1.33) was a runaway success and came in over two times higher than NBC's game three telecast from the year prior (0.66). On Fox, 'MasterChef' (0.41, -0.03) forfeited three-hundredths, but 'So You Think You Can Dance' (0.31, +0.04) rose by four-hundredths. CBS got a strong rating out of a rerun of 'The Price Is Right Celebrates 50 Years' (0.44) and a mediocre number out of a 'SWAT' encore (0.28). NBC had repeats of 'Chicago Med' (0.31), 'Chicago Fire' (0.29), and 'Chicago PD' (0.27), with each subsequent rerun losing two-hundredths from the previous one.

Finals Update: '2022 Stanley Cup Game 1' (+0.4) adjusted up.

Tuesday TV Ratings 6/14/22: MasterChef Junior Sets New Low On Special Night, America’s Got Talent Ticks Down, Holey Moley Rises (UPDATED)

Ratings Analysis: Fox's 'MasterChef Junior' (0.29, -0.04) slipped to a new series low for a special Tuesday broadcast, going below every Thursday rating it has posted this year. Despite the lackluster performance, 'Junior' grew by seven-hundredths from the meager 'Crime Scene Kitchen' rerun (0.22) that led into it. On NBC, 'America's Got Talent' (0.76, -0.01) gave back last week's uptick and found itself back at its solid premiere rating. 'Dancing with Myself' (0.34, -0.05) did not age as gracefully and retained less than 50% of 'Talent' for the first time. ABC's 'Holey Moley' (0.41, +0.04) and 'The Chase' (0.35, +0.03) were on the rise, but 'Who Do You Believe?' (0.22, 0.00) merely matched last week's telecast. CBS's 'FBI' repeat (0.32) went two-hundredths higher than the week prior while the 'FBI: International' (0.25) and 'Most Wanted' (0.24) encores noticeably trailed their respective ratings from June 7th (0.30/0.34). The CW's 'Superman & Lois' (0.06) went into repeat-mode, likely causing drama 'Tom Swift' (0.05, -0.01) to shed a precious hundredth.

Finals Update: 'America's Got Talent' (+0.1) adjusted up.

Monday TV Ratings 6/13/22: NBA Finals Set 2022 High, American Ninja Warrior and Beat Shazam Slip, Roswell Rises (UPDATED)

Ratings Analysis: The 'NBA Finals' (3.99, +0.36) soared to its highest A18-49 rating of 2022 for game five and climbed to 13 million in terms of total viewership. 'Jimmy Kimmel Live: Game Night' (0.55, +0.09) and 'NBA Countdown' (0.90, +0.08) also made solid gains in the 8PM hour, albeit not of the same caliber as the 'Finals'. As ABC dominated with basketball, NBC staple 'American Ninja Warrior' (0.34, -0.13) dealt with a serious collapse in week two. 'Weakest Link' (0.30, -0.05) dropped down some but remained above the majority of its spring ratings. Fox's music-themed duo also took a hit as both 'Don't Forget the Lyrics!' (0.32, -0.05) and 'Beat Shazam' (0.31, -0.09) fell several hundredths short of their week-ago telecasts. Only time will tell if these declines were due to NBA competition or a general lack of interest. On the CW, dramas 'Roswell, New Mexico' (0.06, +0.01) and 'In the Dark' (0.04, +0.01) picked up a hundredth apiece.

Finals Update: Game 5 of the 2022 'NBA Finals' (+1.2) and a rerun of 'Bob Hearts Abishola' (+0.1) adjusted up. 'Jimmy Kimmel Live: Game Night' (-0.8) and 'NBA Countdown' (-0.3) adjusted down.

Sunday TV Ratings 6/12/22: Tony Awards Top 2021 Ceremony, Duncanville Sets New Season High, Time100 Special Mediocre, Riverdale Stays Pathetic (UPDATED)

Ratings Analysis: CBS's broadcast of the 75th Annual Tony Awards (0.57) was the night's top broadcast by a comfortable margin and outrated the 2021 ceremony (0.37) by a full two-tenths. In the 7PM hour, '60 Minutes' (0.38) posted the same rating as last week. ABC seemingly tried to compete with the 'Tony Awards' by airing a 'TIME100' special (0.28) that honored the world's most influential people. That plan backfired completely given that the 'TIME' broadcast was at less than half of what the 'Tony Awards' managed in the 18-49 demographic. A sturdy 'AFV' rerun (0.41) preceded the gala while encores of 'Abbott Elementary' (0.20/0.17) and 'The $100,000 Pyramid' (0.25) held down the 9-11PM stretch. NBC had little luck with repeats of 'Weakest Link' (0.21) and 'Dancing With Myself' (0.18) but got more mileage out of a 9PM 'America's Got Talent' encore (0.34). Animated comedy 'Duncanville' (0.19/0.20) was up significantly from last week's pair of episodes (0.13/0.12), and the 9:30 episode managed to set a new season high. Repeats of 'MasterChef' (0.10), 'The Simpsons' (0.19), and 'Bob's Burgers' (0.20) aired before 'Duncan'. 'Riverdale' (0.04, 0.00) held steady at its miserable rating and was more than doubled by the rerun of 'Whose Line Is It Anyway?' (0.09) that followed it. Whatever small momentum the CW gathered at 9 evaporated at 9:30 when an encore of 'Would I Lie To You?' (0.02) posted an absolutely dreadful number.

Finals Update: The '75th Annual Tony Awards' (+0.2), 'TIME100' (+0.1), and the repeat of 'America's Funniest Home Videos' (+0.1) adjusted up.
