Thursday TV Ratings 9/29/22: So Help Me Todd Has Modest Start, Young Sheldon Hits New Low as Ghosts Builds On It, Law & Order Shows Slip, Hocus Pocus Strong (UPDATED)

Ratings Analysis: CBS's 'Young Sheldon' (0.51) began season six with a new series low and declined by almost 30% from last year's return (0.70). At 8:30, 'Ghosts' (0.55) began season two by growing from 'Sheldon' and topping the evening altogether. This rating was just a single hundredth below its series premiere from 2021 (0.56) and proves that the sophomore sitcom has plenty of life in it. But the good will from 'Ghosts' did not translate into ratings magic at 9 as 'So Help Me Todd' (0.37) lost over 30% of its lead-in and only managed to place third in its hour. At 10, 'CSI: Vegas' (0.27) dropped down to a new low for its first episode of its second season. It was a bit of a bloodbath on NBC as 'Law & Order' (0.49, -0.11), 'Law & Order: SVU' (0.53, -0.16), and 'Law & Order: Organized Crime' (0.49, -0.13) all lost large chunks of their premiere ratings from the crossover event that took place a week prior. Fox's 'Hell's Kitchen' (0.39) premiered with a new series low, and the season two premiere of 'Welcome To Flatch' (0.18) shed over 50% of that already modest rating. 'Call Me Kat' (0.20) did its best to build from 'Flatch' at 9:30 but was unable to get very far. On ABC, 'Celebrity Wheel of Fortune' (0.48, +0.01) grew by a hundredth and led into a solid showing of 90's Halloween film 'Hocus Pocus' (0.42). The CW had the 1-hour finale of 'Bump' (0.05/0.04) and the 'Great Chocolate Showdown' (0.04, -0.01).

Finals Update: 'So Help Me Todd' (+0.1) and 'Ghosts' (+0.1) adjusted up. 'Hocus Pocus' (-0.1), 'Great Chocolate Showdown' (-0.1), and the 8:30 episode of 'Bump' (-0.1) adjusted down.

Wednesday TV Ratings 9/28/22: The Masked Singer Rises, Survivor and Abbott Elementary Drop (UPDATED)

Ratings Analysis: Attendance for 'Abbott Elementary' (0.46, -0.11) nosedived in week two, with the ABC sitcom losing more than a full tenth from its premiere (0.57). 'The Goldbergs' (0.36, -0.08), 'Home Economics' (0.30, -0.08), and 'Big Sky' (0.19, -0.07) all dealt with sizable blows as well, but 'The Conners' (0.51, -0.02) seemed a little more resilient in the 8PM hour. On CBS, 'Survivor' (0.66, -0.13) and 'The Amazing Race' (0.38, -0.08) both crashed to new series lows. NBC dramas 'Chicago Med' (0.66, -0.04), 'Chicago Fire' (0.68, -0.01), and 'Chicago PD' (0.66, -0.01) all dipped a bit from their week-ago returns. On Fox, 'The Masked Singer' (0.66, +0.03) somehow managed to rise by three-hundredths from last week's start. 'LEGO Masters' (0.35, -0.01) shed a single hundredth in the 9PM hour. 'Stargirl' (0.04, -0.02) lost another two-hundredths on the CW and was beaten out by repeats of 'World's Funniest Animals' (0.05/0.05) that came after.

Finals Update: 'Survivor' (+0.1), 'Chicago Med' (+0.1), 'Chicago Fire' (+0.1), and 'Chicago PD' (+0.1) adjusted up.

Tuesday TV Ratings 9/27/22: The Rookie: Feds Has Weak Start, La Brea Nears Low in Return, Bachelor in Paradise Premiere Hits New Low (UPDATED)

Ratings Analysis: ABC's 'Bachelor in Paradise' (0.65) debuted with a new series low and was just over 30% behind its August 2021 debut (0.93). At 10, spinoff series 'The Rookie: Feds' (0.34) outdid the return of 'The Rookie' itself (0.31) but barely retained half of its lead-in. Unless it manages to stabilize fast, the future is looking rather bleak for 'Feds'. On NBC, sophomore drama 'La Brea' (0.49) returned close to its delivery from late season one but managed to avoid hitting a new series low, something that almost seems like a feat in this day and age. 'The Voice' (0.69, -0.04) and 'New Amsterdam' (0.33, -0.06) dealt with medium-sized drops at 8 and 10 respectively. CBS drama 'FBI' (0.54, -0.10) lost a full tenth from its premiere while 'FBI: International' (0.48, -0.02) and 'FBI: Most Wanted' (0.47, -0.04) dealt with more digestible declines. Fox's 'The Resident' (0.33, -0.02) shed two-hundredths from its week-ago start and tied its series low. At 9, struggling 'Monarch' (0.24, +0.03) somehow grew by three-hundredths and was the only show of the evening to rise on a week-to-week basis. The only issue here is that it was still the lowest-rated, non-CW program of the night. 'Leonardo' (0.04, -0.01) and 'Devils' (0.03, -0.01) lost a hundredth apiece on the CW.

Finals Update: 'The Voice' (+0.1), 'La Brea' (+0.1), and 'FBI: Most Wanted' (+0.1) adjusted up.

Monday TV Ratings 9/26/22: The Cleaning Lady, The Neighborhood, NCIS, and Bob Hearts Abishola Hit Lows, Quantum Leap Slides, The Voice Barely Down (UPDATED)

Ratings Analysis: After premiering with new lows last week, CBS programs 'The Neighborhood' (0.46, -0.04), 'Bob Hearts Abishola' (0.39, -0.04), and 'NCIS' (0.40, -0.02) slid even further into the abyss. Though this trio hit new lows two weeks in a row, 'NCIS: Hawai'i' (0.33, -0.07) avoided that fate yet again, even though it had the harshest drop of the four shows. On NBC, new drama 'Quantum Leap' (0.34, -0.13) crumbled in week two, declining by nearly 30% from its workable launch (0.47) from seven days prior. Earlier in the night, 'The Voice' (0.66, -0.01) only shed a single hundredth, giving 'Quantum' no excuse for taking the dive it did. Fox dramas '9-1-1' (0.60, -0.09) and 'The Cleaning Lady' (0.32, -0.03) slipped to their weakest ratings to date. On ABC, the 'Cowboys v. Giants' NFL game (2.27) performed significantly worse than the week-ago 'Vikings v. Eagles' faceoff (3.81). The CW's reruns of 'Mysteries Decoded' (0.03) and 'Penn & Teller: Fool Us' (0.04) dipped on a week-to-week basis.

Finals Update: 'NFL: Cowboys v. Giants' (+0.4), The Voice (+0.1), and The Neighborhood (+0.1) adjusted up.

Premiere Sunday TV Ratings 9/25/22: Celebrity Jeopardy Has Disappointing Premiere, Big Brother Rises for Finale, The Rookie Returns Down, The Simpsons Rises from Season 33 Premiere (UPDATED)

Ratings Analysis: Though it admittedly had rotten lead-in support in the form of the 'Global Citizen Festival' (0.12), ABC's 'Celebrity Jeopardy!' (0.42) did not impress on series premiere night. While not a bad rating by any means, one would expect a brand as famous as 'Jeopardy!' to manage a little more for the debut of a new variation. Later in the evening, 'Celebrity Wheel of Fortune' (0.47) actually grew by seven-hundredths when compared to its Fall 2021 launch (0.40), but 'The Rookie' (0.31) declined by half a point on a year-to-year basis. On Fox, 'NFL Overrun' (7.04) and 'The OT' (3.46) improved noticeably from last year. This clearly helped the season premiere of 'The Simpsons' (1.41) grow by just under 20% from its year-ago return (1.18). The growth slowed by the time 'The Great North' (0.75) arrived, with the latter improving by just 10% and retaining a subpar 53% of the 'Simpsons' rating. The extra NFL help did nothing for 9PM comedies 'Bob's Burgers' (0.57) and 'Family Guy' (0.50) as the two dipped by 8% and 14% respectfully from their year-ago premieres. CBS went with a sturdy '60 Minutes' (0.57) and a 'Big Brother' finale (0.81, -0.13) that declined dramatically from last week. A 10PM rerun of 'The Equalizer' (0.19) was the weakest, non-CW offering of the night. NBC's '49ers v. Broncos' football game (5.04) towered over the other broadcasts and gave the peacock network an easy win. The CW had repeats of 'World's Funniest Animals' (0.06/0.08) and 'Penn & Teller: Fool Us' (0.05).

Finals Update: 'NFL Overrun' (+2.5), 'The OT' (+1.0), 'The Simpsons' (+0.1), 'Bob's Burgers' (+0.1), 'Family Guy' (+0.1), 'NFL: 49ers v. Broncos' (+1.3), and 'Celebrity Wheel of Fortune' (+0.1) adjusted up. 'Football Night In America' (-0.3) adjusted down.

Saturday TV Ratings 9/24/22: Wisconsin vs. Ohio State College Football Tops Kansas State vs. Oklahoma Game, 48 Hours Dips (UPDATED)

Ratings Analysis: ABC's 'Wisconsin vs. Ohio State' college football game (1.07) comfortably outrated Fox's Kansas State vs. Oklahoma Game' (0.81), but both broadcasts were far above anything on the other networks. CBS's '48 Hours' (0.21, -0.02) lost two-hundredths from last week's premiere but grew substantially from the rerun of 'FBI: International' (0.16) that led into it. The 8PM 'FBI' encore (0.22) beat out the two offerings that came after it. NBC had a pilot encore of 'Quantum Leap' (0.13), 'Dateline' (0.17), and 'SNL Vintage' (0.17). The CW had meager reruns of 'Great Chocolate Showdown' (0.04) and 'Masters of Illusion' (0.03/0.04).

Finals Update: 'College Football: WI v. OH St.' (+0.3), 'College Football: KS St. v. OK' (+0.2), and 'SNL Vintage' (+0.1) adjusted up.

The Bullpen Season 5 Episode 10: Banned Substance

Premiere Friday TV Ratings 9/23/22: Shark Tank Live Premiere Nearly Steady, Big Brother Clip Show Weak, Secret Celebrity Renovation Finale Horrific (UPDATED)

Ratings Analysis: ABC's 'Shark Tank' (0.48) went live for the first time in its run, but the addition of a studio audience did not result in a noticeable surge. Nonetheless, this rating was just 8% lower than its 2021 premiere (0.52) and shows that 'Tank' still has legitimate life in it. '20/20' (0.32) also had a small dip from its year-ago start (0.36) but fell a hundredth short of NBC's 'Dateline' (0.33). The 'Dateline' rating looked far more impressive than '20/20' since the former had to grow from a weak 'Capital One College Bowl' lead-in (0.22). CBS started out their evening with a middling 'Big Brother' clip show (0.37) that placed third in the 8PM hour. At 9, 'Secret Celebrity Renovation' (0.14, -0.07) crashed to a horrific rating for its season finale and was beaten by the 10PM rerun of 'Blue Bloods' (0.16). Fox mainstay 'WWE Smackdown' (0.63) was the top program of the night by a wide margin, putting all other shows to shame. The CW's 'Killer Camp' (0.06, +0.02) picked up two-hundredths on finale night and led into reruns of 'Whose Line Is It Anyway?' (0.05/0.06).

Finals Update: 'WWE SmackDown' (+0.1), 'Shark Tank' (+0.1), 'Big Brother' (+0.1), and the repeat of 'Blue Bloods' (+0.1) adjusted up.

FOX Renew/Cancel Week 1: Funeral Plans Arranged For ’Monarch’

Predictions for 9/24/22

Below are the first renew/cancel predictions for the Fox network in the 2022-23 television season. One new drama has debuted thus far and is noticeably underperforming in the Adults 18-49 demographic when compared to returning shows. As always, only scripted programming will be taken into account in this column.

9-1-1: '9-1-1' began season six with a sturdy 0.69 rating and was down by just 9% from its year-ago premiere. Outside of ABC's NFL game, the procedural drama beat out every program on the evening of September 19th, including NBC juggernaut 'The Voice'. Despite being the oldest drama in the current Fox roster, it remains the strongest of the pack. As a result, '9-1-1' is Certain to be Renewed.

Monarch: At face value, the 0.91 rating that 'Monarch' posted for its series debut looks fantastic. A number of this size should be enough for Fox to award it a multi-season renewal and greenlight a spinoff series. That is, until you pull back the curtain and realize it had a 2.8 lead-in from an NFL post-game show. Once 'Monarch' was stripped of that cushiony football boost, it eroded down to a measly 0.21 rating in the Adults 18-49 demographic, a whopping 77% below its premiere from just 9 days prior. The country music drama retained just 60% of 'The Resident' and went lower than every episode of 'Our Kind of People', the series that occupied this timeslot last year and was canceled after just 12 episodes. Though anything is possible in a world where 'Welcome To Flatch' can score a renewal, it is highly unlikely that 'Monarch' will make it past season one, meaning it is Likely to be Canceled.

The Cleaning Lady: In its first season, 'The Cleaning Lady' performed just well enough to secure a second season but never felt like anything more than a passable player. Middling freshmen shows like that tend to deal with a sophomore slump and 'Cleaning Lady' was unable to buck that trend. The Elodie Yung vehicle returned with a new series low out the gate, posting a mediocre 0.35 rating and retaining just half of its '9-1-1' lead-in (0.69). This is clearly an unsatisfactory performance and puts the series in a shaky position. For now, this crime drama is Likely to be Renewed, but that may change if it slips much further from this semi-acceptable level.

The Resident: 'The Resident' opened its sixth season with the same 0.35 rating that 'The Cleaning Lady' garnered but looked a good bit better since it does not air after a powerhouse like '9-1-1'. However, that does not mean that this seasoned medical drama performed exceptionally well. As always, this series only looks as good as it does because the other dramas on the Fox network are doing worse than it. Only time will tell if the middle-of-the-road performance of 'The Resident' will be enough to warrant a seventh season renewal. Since it has not had a massive decline and appears stronger than the non-'9-1-1' offerings, it remains Likely to be Renewed...for now.

Premiere Thursday TV Ratings 9/22/22: Law & Order Shows Rise for Three-Hour Crossover Premiere, Big Brother Slides, Norman Lear Special OK (UPDATED)

Ratings Analysis: NBC's three-hour crossover premiere did wonders for the ratings of the 'Law & Order' trio and put the network in a virtual tie with Fox's 'MLB: Regional Coverage' (0.64). The night began with 'Law & Order: Organized Crime' (0.62) soaring to its highest rating since December 2021 and actually beating out its year-ago premiere (0.60). At 9, 'SVU' (0.69) was only a tenth below last year's start (0.79) and posted its highest 2022 rating yet. The original 'Law & Order' (0.60) exceled in the 10PM hour and went well above every episode from the spring outside of its premiere (0.74). On ABC, the season finale of 'Celebrity Family Feud' (0.45, -0.02) dipped by two-hundredths and led into a middling special about TV legend Norman Lear (0.29). CBS juggernaut 'Big Brother' (0.62, -0.08) lost eight-hundredths on a week-to-week basis and was followed by a feeble pair of 'Ghosts' reruns (0.19/0.14). Earlier in the night, encores of 'Young Sheldon' (0.36/0.35) performed significantly better than 'Ghosts'. The CW went with 'Bump' (0.04), a rerun of 'Whose Line Is It Anyway?' (0.03), and 'Great Chocolate Showdown' (0.06).

Finals Update: The 8PM repeat of 'Young Sheldon' (+0.1) adjusted up. 'Law & Order' (-0.1) and 'Norman Lear: 100 Years of Music and Laughter' (-0.1) adjusted down.

Premiere Wednesday TV Ratings 9/21/22: Abbott Elementary Returns Steady, The Amazing Race Hits New Low, The Conners and Home Economics Rise (UPDATED)

Ratings Analysis: Emmy-winning comedy 'Abbott Elementary' (0.57) made the move from Tuesday evenings to Wednesday nights and viewers clearly followed along with it. This rating was on-par with the sitcom's April finale and only seven-hundredths below its strongest showing (0.64). Right after 'Abbott', 'Home Economics' (0.38) returned with its highest rating since early February and was just three-hundredths behind its season premiere from fall 2021 (0.41). Earlier in the night, ABC aired the season five premiere of 'The Conners' (0.53) and the 10th season debut of 'The Goldbergs' (0.44). 'Conners' was well above its spring levels in this new timeslot while 'Goldbergs' was only a tiny bit higher than its season finale/all-time low (0.39). 10PM drama 'Big Sky' (0.26) remained abysmal in its move to Wednesdays, returning a single hundredth above its finale (0.25). On CBS, 'Survivor' (0.79) was only a hundredth higher than its series low on premiere night. In the 10PM hour, 'The Amazing Race' (0.46) went the extra mile by creating a new low for itself. Fox's 'The Masked Singer' (0.63) tied its series low on arrival and led into the middling return of 'LEGO Masters' (0.36). NBC's 'Chicago Med' (0.70) improved from its May finale (0.67), but 'Chicago Fire' (0.69) and 'Chicago PD' (0.67) declined from where they left off (0.80/0.74). The CW's 'Stargirl' (0.06, -0.02) shed two-hundredths and was followed by reruns of 'World's Funniest Animals' (0.05/0.04).

Finals Update: 'Survivor' (+0.1), 'Chicago Fire' (+0.1), 'Abbott Elementary' (+0.1), 'Chicago PD' (+0.1), and 'The Amazing Race' (+0.1) adjusted up.

Premiere Tuesday TV Ratings 9/20/22: FBI Shows Return Up from Finales, Monarch Abysmal, The Bachelorette Rises for Finale, The Resident Returns Steady (UPDATED)

Ratings Analysis: Premiere night continued on as CBS rolled out the red carpet for the returns of 'FBI' (0.64), 'FBI: International' (0.50), and 'FBI: Most Wanted' (0.51). All three dramas improved from their season finales that aired in spring 2022 (0.56/0.44/0.41), but the lineup noticeably trailed its Fall 2021 launch (0.72/0.59/0.66). On NBC, the Tuesday edition of 'The Voice' (0.73) and drama 'New Amsterdam' (0.39) both shed about 30% from their year-ago starts (1.09/0.54). After mustering up a football-boosted 0.91 for its series premiere, Fox drama 'Monarch' (0.21, -0.70) completely collapsed for its timeslot debut. In the 8PM slot, 'The Resident' (0.35) tied its May '22 finale but was 30% lower than its 2021 return (0.50). ABC staple 'The Bachelorette' (0.90, +0.01) picked up a hundredth for its season finale and topped the night effortlessly. 'Leonardo' (0.05, 0.00) and 'Devils' (0.04, 0.00) were both stable on the CW.

Finals Update: 'The Bachelorette' (+0.1) and 'The Resident' (+0.1) adjusted up.

Premiere Monday TV Ratings 9/19/22: Quantum Leap Has Solid Premiere Behind Weakening The Voice, The Neighborhood Sets New Low in Return, 9-1-1 Slightly Down from Finale (UPDATED)

Ratings Analysis: "Premiere Monday" brought in an assortment of familiar names and one brand-new series, that being NBC's reboot of drama 'Quantum Leap' (0.47). 'Leap' retained a solid 70% of the demo rating of its lead-in, 'The Voice' (0.67), and beat out the competing drama in its hour by a rather comfortable margin. Though 'Quantum' has found itself with a respectable starting point, the way post-'Voice' dramas hold up in weeks 2 and 3 usually determine their true strength. 'The Voice' itself (0.67) was a shadow of its former self, sinking by almost 40% from its fall 2021 premiere rating (1.08). In contrast, veteran drama '9-1-1' (0.69) returned in particularly strong fashion on the Fox network, dipping by a light 9% from what it posted one year prior (0.76). 'The Cleaning Lady' (0.35) did not fare nearly as well as its lead-in and began season two with a new series low, clearly indicating signs of a sophomore slump.

New series lows were also prevalent on CBS as 'The Neighborhood' (0.50), 'Bob Hearts Abishola' (0.43), and 'NCIS' (0.42) found themselves going lower than any rating from their previous seasons. 'NCIS: Hawai'i' (0.40) was the odd one out here and managed to best a few episodes from late last spring. ABC's 'Vikings v. Eagles' NFL game (3.81) was a whopping 77% higher than the week-ago 'Broncos v. Seahawks' broadcast (2.16) and unsurprisingly outpaced every other offering. The CW decided to sit out premiere Monday by going with reruns of 'Mysteries Decoded' (0.05) and 'Penn & Teller: Fool Us' (0.05). This was a good bit lower than what repeats of these two put up against the Emmy awards last week (0.06/0.09).

Finals Update: 'NFL: Vikings vs Eagles' (+1.2) and 'The Neighborhood' (+0.1) adjusted up.

Sunday TV Ratings 9/18/22: 60 Minutes Rises from 2021 Premiere After Much Higher NFL Game, Pyramid and The Final Straw End on Lows, Big Brother Hits Season High (UPDATED)

Ratings Analysis: Football expectedly reigned supreme on another Sunday, with NFL Overrun (7.41) on CBS easily leading the way and soaring above last week's CBS game (4.67). 60 Minutes (1.77) premiered its season with an interview of US President Joe Biden and took advantage of its lead-in, rising above its 2021 premiere and rating as by far the top non-sports broadcast of the night. Big Brother (0.94) was also on the rise, hitting a new season high as it nears its season finale. The night ended off on a low note with a repeat of The Equalizer (0.30), but its performance was still nearly double last week's 10 PM NCIS: LA repeat. NBC had a weaker night with Football Night In America (1.32) dropping by nearly a full ratings point and their Sunday Night Football game (5.57) featuring the Bears and Packers over a tenth below last week's Cowboys opener. ABC could not take advantage of the weaker competition, with Celebrity Family Feud (0.47), the midseason premiere of The $100,000 Pyramid (0.35) and what is almost-certainly the series finale of The Final Straw (0.17) all dropping by about a tenth. The repeat of America's Funniest Videos (0.41), however, rose slightly. Fox had no football and, thus, lower ratings, though their animated encores (0.25/0.28/0.31/0.27/0.28/0.30) were, for the most part, stronger than they'd been for much of the summer. The CW also had only repeats, with the 8 PM World's Funniest Animals encore (0.08) rising above last week's as the 8:30 showing (0.05) and the Penn & Teller repeat (0.04) both trailed last week.

Finals Update: NFL Overrun (+2.6), 60 Minutes (+0.2), Big Brother (+0.1), NFL: Bears v. Packers (+1.4) and repeats of The Great North (+0.1) and Family Guy (+0.1)

Saturday TV Ratings 9/17/22: 48 Hours Has Middling Return, Toledo/Ohio State College Football Game Leads Fox to Victory (UPDATED)

College Football was just about the only show in town this Saturday, with both Fox and ABC getting in the football spirit. Fox's broadcast of the Toledo/Ohio State game (0.74) topped the night, rating well above most of this summer's Saturday MLB games, including last week's (0.36). ABC's game trailed, but still rated well, with the Michigan State/Wisconsin game (0.58) rating a tenth-and-a-half behind Fox's broadcast after a healthy two-tenth adjustment. This was a bit behind last week's 0.65 rating, but that's not a terrible shock given the stronger competition. The other networks were mostly in repeat mode, though CBS did feature the return of veteran crime newsmagazine 48 Hours (0.23) at 10. It was a middling showing for the venerable Saturday staple, but it did tie its May finale, showing this may be par for the course for the show going forward. It was preceded by repeats of FBI: Most Wanted (0.18) and a repeat of itself (0.16) that weren't all that much lower. NBC had similarly-rated repeats, with America's Got Talent (0.19) and Dateline NBC (0.21) both dead even with last Saturday's encores. The CW continued its favorite Saturday tradition of mixing repeats and originals, with the finale of Masters of Illusion (0.04) and its repeat (0.03) both flatlining after an encore of Great Chocolate Showdown (0.06).

Finals Update: College Football: MI St. v. WI (+0.2) and the repeat of 48 Hours (+0.1) adjusted up. Masters of Illusion (-0.1) adjusted down.

Friday TV Ratings 9/16/22: Dynasty Stays Low for Series Finale, Dateline Premieres Weaker, CBS Fall Preview Low (UPDATED)

It was another Friday night won by WWE Smackdown (0.50), even as the wrestling series shed seven hundredths. With the summer season now over, it was the final week in which Smackdown is not expected to face any major competition from the Big Three networks, as Shark Tank and SWAT will premiere in the coming weeks. Speaking of Shark Tank, it aired a repeat (0.32) that was slightly higher than the finale of The Con that aired in its time slot the week prior. The 9 PM 20/20 broadcast (0.24) trailed last week's Queen Elizabeth II-centered airing by a noticeable amount. NBC's Capital One College Bowl (0.24) was about steady in its second week, down only a single hundredth from the 9 PM airing last week and stable with the season premiere. The season premiere of Dateline NBC (0.31) was below its 2021-22 season average, but still took third for the night. CBS continued its HGTV-esque series Secret Celebrity Renovation (0.21), and saw a decline after last week's uptick. Their Fall Preview (0.18) aired at 9 PM and drew little interest, with a Young Sheldon encore (0.15) rating even lower. The night wrapped up with a repeat of Blue Bloods (0.19) that rated higher than last week's airings. On The CW, they said farewell to perennial ratings under-performer Dynasty (0.02) after what somehow was a five-season run, steady with last week's paltry series low. At 8, Killer Camp (0.04) doubled its rating from last week and yet still managed to remain a rounded 0.0.

Finals Update: The CBS Fall Preview (+0.1) adjusted up. Killer Camp (-0.1) and Dynasty (-0.) adjusted down.
