TV Ratings 10/12/16: CBS Up, Blindspot Down, Frequency drops, Modern Family and Black-ish Rise (UPDATED!)

Wednesday was a (mostly) good day for the networks, with just two shows dropping from week to week, and multiple shows rising. CBS had the best night, with Survivor and Code Black rising a tenth, and Criminal Minds rising three tenths. Modern Family also improved nicely, rising two tenths, while its lead-out, Black-ish, rose three tenths. Lethal Weapon received a boost of two tenths as well. The news was not great for NBC, however, which saw Blindspot fall to Laura-like levels last night, falling two tenths. The CW's new series Frequency also dropped a tenth, to a 0.3.

FINALS Update: Just two shows were adjusted last night. The Goldbergs on ABC adjusted up to a 1.9, up from last week. Empire also adjusted up a tenth, to a 3.5, up from its previous rating of 3.4.
