Despite Conviction still being low, ABC had some good news: it didn't get any lower. That all could change, of course, in the finals (Conviction had a huge half-hour drop). Supergirl greatly improved on Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, the previous occupant of its time slot. That makes it the #2 CW show. Gotham gained a tenth on Fox, while Lucifer was steady. CBS' Scorpion dropped 2 tenths to a new low. 2 Broke Girls returned up from its previous premiere, but down (very slightly) from the Season 5 finale. The Voice continued to drop, and Timeless did too, to a mediocre 1.5. That's just a little over 50% retention, something NBC probably does not like.
Finals Update: The bad news continued for ABC and NBC. Their new shows, Conviction and Timeless, adjusted down a tenth each. Lucifer adjusted down a tenth, as well. The night's only upward adjustment came in the form of the Big Bang Theory's 0.1 rise.
