Going against the World Series had a larger effect on shows last night than it did on Tuesday, apparently. ABC saw the worst results, with the "most watched Wednesday show", (sure, guys) Designated Survivor, dropping three tenths. At this point, ABC should probably start to worry about its longevity. From ABC's shows, Black-ish held up the best, dropping only one tenth. All CBS shows dropped a tenth. Arrow had the best night of all regularly scheduled programs, rising by a tenth. SVU and Frequency were the only other shows to stay steady versus last week, but that wasn't too difficult for Frequency, as it doesn't really have anywhere else to fall.
FINALS Update: The news for ABC was slightly less bad after finals, with their first 90 minutes worth of shows adjusting up a tenth each. Unfortunately, Designated Survivor adjusted down to a series low 1.2. SVU managed to adjust up, making it one of two shows to go up against the World Series. Speaking of the World Series, it adjusted down a tenth. Survivor adjusted up, making it even with last week.
