TV Ratings 1/31/17: The Wall Down, The Mick Rises, NBC Wins SCOTUS Pick Coverage

Tuesday night was a pretty unusual one on broadcast television, with many shows airing repeats, and President Donald Trump making his SCOTUS Pick with a live broadcast at 8PM. Of all of the networks, NBC's Trump coverage won the night. CBS took the night off completely, with airing a Super Bowl commercial special, which was down from last year. ABC aired SHIELD at 10, which and it even with last week. The Wall aired in a special time because of the President's announcement, and it was down once again. The Mick on Fox was up, while its lead-out, Bones, was even. The CW aired its shows at their normal times, and The Flash was up from last week. Legends of Tomorrow also rose in its second episode of 2017.
