On an all-original night, the Bulls at Cavaliers game (0.8) over on ABC was able to beat out any other program. On the other hand, the NBA Countdown special preceding it (0.5) remained low.
After weeks of 0.4s, and even a 0.3, CBS's Ransom (0.5) saw a rise to new rating heights leading into 2 hours of 48 Hours (0.6/0.7). 48 Hours was even at 9 but up a tenth at 10.
NBC took a break from Dateline and SNL for some Hockey (0.6). The game was a bit below what Dateline repeats would do in the hour.
FOX offered Boxing (0.5) and it was a good bit above last week's miserable drama repeat results.
