TV Ratings 2/21/17: Fresh Off the Boat Rises, The Wall Ends Steady (UPDATED)

Tuesday night was a relatively down night for TV overall (except for NBC and ABC), with some notable exceptions. NBC's This Is Us and Chicago Fire each rose a tenth, while the Wall stayed flat. ABC's The Middle was able to stay steady with last week, but American Housewife took a small dip. The 9 PM combo each rose a tenth while SHIELD stayed steady. On Fox, New Girl ticked up, but the recently-renewed Mick decided it was time to go fractional. It lead into a lower episode of Bones. The CW's superhero duo returned from a week off to one-tenth-lower numbers. CBS's NCIS dipped a tenth and NCIS: New Orleans dipped one following last week's crossover.

Finals Update: All shows held their preliminary ratings.
