The Blacklist: Redemption, NBC's latest drama series and a spinoff of the veteran series The Blacklist, premieres Thursday night on NBC. The series will air in the 10 PM slot for eight weeks, allowing for its parent series to take a break. So far this season, The Blacklist has averaged a 1.1 in the slot, but it has recently been pulling 0.9s. For its premiere, Redemption will receive a lead-in of the Blacklist, instead of its typical Chicago Med lead-in. Can Redemption improve on the mothership's ratings or will it flounder like other recent NBC series?
