Ratings Analysis: Stability seemed to be the trend all-around on Monday evening, with both NBC's 'The Voice' (0.96) and ABC's 'Dancing with the Stars' (0.72) posting the exact same rating as the week prior. After 'Dancing', 'The Good Doctor' (0.42) gained a hundredth after last week's underwhelming return. 'Ordinary Joe' (0.33) lost three-hundredths on NBC, retaining barely a third of 'The Voice'. Fox's '9-1-1' (0.85) was also completely steady with its last episode but that didn't stop 'The Big Leap' (0.23) from sinking to another new low. On CBS, 'The Neighborhood' (0.62) and 'NCIS Hawai'i' (0.48) fell by four-hundredths and two-hundredths respectively. In-between those two, 'Bob Hearts Abishola' (0.52) and 'NCIS' (0.64) suffered more noticeable declines, with each program down by seven-hundredths. A flat 'Roswell, New Mexico' (0.07) led into a slightly stronger encore of 'Penn & Teller' (0.08) on the CW.
Finals Update: 'The Voice' (+0.1), '9-1-1' (+0.1), and 'NCIS: Hawaii' (+0.1) adjusted up. 'Ordinary Joe' (-0.1) and 'Dancing with the Stars' (-0.1) adjusted down.
