Preliminary Analysis: CBS's 'The Equalizer' (0.7) had a rather healthy return for its season two premiere, garnering the same rating it posted throughout the back-half of its inaugural run. While clearly buoyed by an NFL-boosted '60 Minutes' (1.1), the Queen Latifah drama remains in solid territory. 'NCIS: Los Angeles' (0.6) and streaming-bound 'SEAL Team' (0.5) also returned at their spring 2021 levels. On ABC, 'AFV' (0.4), 'Celebrity Wheel of Fortune' (0.5), and Leslie Jones-hosted 'Supermarket Sweep' (0.3) all lost a tenth on a week-to-week basis. Nathan Fillion drama 'The Rookie' clung to its meager 0.3 rating in the 10pm slot. NBC's 'Bills v. Chiefs' NFL game (4.8) dropped by well over 30% from last week's Tom Brady-fueled showcase. Another round of 'Football Night in America' (1.6/3.7) preceded the main attraction. Fox had 'NFL Overrun' (3.7) and 'The OT' (2.0) to boost their animation lineup, with 'The Simpsons' (1.2) and 'The Great North' (0.7) tying what they garnered with a football lead-in two weeks ago. 'Bob's Burgers' (0.7) was up a tenth from the last NFL night while 'Family Guy' (0.5) actually dropped by one. The CW's revival of Nickelodeon game show 'Legends of the Hidden Temple' (0.1) made little noise but still outpaced the 9pm premiere of 'Killer Camp' (0.0).
