Ratings Analysis: Despite dropping by five-hundredths, Fox's '9-1-1' (0.80) edged out 'Dancing' and 'The Voice' to garner the strongest Nielsen rating of the evening. Immediately after, 'The Big Leap' (0.23) shed two-hundredths and posted a rating lower than all non-CW broadcasts. On ABC, 'Dancing with the Stars' (0.77) rose by eight-hundredths from last Monday's installment and led into a 'Real Queens of Hip Hop' special (0.35) that was a few ticks behind the previous 'Good Doctor'. NBC's 'The Voice' (0.76, -0.16) sauntered into third place and dropped by nearly two full tenths on a week-to-week basis. 'Ordinary Joe' (0.37, -0.08) gave back much of last week's promising spike but was still slightly above the episode from two weeks ago. CBS's 'The Neighborhood' (0.67, +0.05) enjoyed a small uptick but 'Bob Hearts Abishola' (0.53) neither rose nor fell. 'NCIS' (0.62) and 'NCIS: Hawai'i' (0.48) each picked up six-hundredths. The CW got little mileage out of a Howie Mandel special (0.06) and even less out of a 'Whose Line Is It Anyway?' rerun' (0.03).
Finals Update: 'The Voice' (+0.1) and 'The Neighborhood' (+0.1) adjusted up. 'The Big Leap' (-0.2) adjusted down.
