Monday TV Ratings 10/11/21: NCIS Drops for Mark Harmon Exit, The Voice and Dancing with the Stars Also Tick Down, Ordinary Joe Rises (UPDATED)

Ratings Analysis: ABC's 'Dancing with the Stars' (0.69) failed to rise for night one of Disney week, instead falling by three-hundredths from last week's Britney Spears-themed installment. 'The Good Doctor' (0.38, -0.04) inched down to a new series low in the 10pm timeslot. On NBC, 'The Voice' (0.92) lost four-hundredths but new drama 'Ordinary Joe' (0.45, +0.12) rebounded by a pretty sizable amount, rising to its highest rating since the premiere. CBS comedies 'The Neighborhood' (0.62) and 'Bob Hearts Abishola' (0.53) were essentially even but 'NCIS' (0.56) and 'NCIS: Hawai'i' (0.42) fell by eight-hundredths and six-hundredths respectively. Fox's '9-1-1' (0.85) was stable at the same rating for the third week in a row. 'The Big Leap' (0.25, +0.02) rose for the first time in its run but remained a complete eyesore. The CW's 'Roswell, New Mexico' (0.07/0.06) closed out its third season in steady fashion.

Finals Update: '9-1-1' (+0.1), 'Dancing with the Stars' (+0.1), and 'NCIS' (+0.1) adjusted up.
