ABC saw their Tuesday comedy block continue to struggle, with The Muppets (1.1) staying evenly low and Fresh Off The Boat (1.2) proving it is in desperate need of support. Following was SHIELD (1.3), which is even with last week and down from last season's 1.7. At 10pm, there was a regularly-schedule Shark Tank rerun (0.7).
CBS
NCIS (R): 1.4

Despite NCIS (1.4) being a rerun, that didn't stop it from getting a 16 A50+ share and over 11 million viewers--only more people watched The Voice last night. Following was its sister show NCIS: NO (1.3), which held more of its lead-in than I would have expected. At 10pm was the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show (2.3), which was only down slightly from last season's 3.4. Sarcasm.
FOX
Scream Queens (8pm): 1.0 (1.0/0.9)
Scream Queens (9pm): 0.9
Scream Queens continues to provide flat-out bad numbers in the A18-49 demo for FOX, as shown by its midseason finale outing (1.0 at 8pm and 0.9 at 9pm).
NBC
The Voice: 2.7
Chicago Med: 2.1
Chicago Fire: 2.0 (1.9/2.0)
NBC was definitely the biggest winner of the night, with The Voice (2.7) providing a great lead-in to Chicago Med (2.1) and Chicago Fire (2.0). To compare, last season's NBC line up was a 2.3 from The Voice (clip show?), 1.2/0.9 for Marry Me/About a Boy, and 1.0 for a news special. So you could say that they've improved, leaving Chicago PD in the dust.
The CW
The Flash: 1.2
iZombie: 0.5
The Flash (1.2) apparently saw absolutely no benefit from last week's crossover with Arrow, considering it was down two tenths of a ratings point this week. But will Arrow see any benefits? Leading out of The Flash, as always, was iZombie (0.5), which is once again not taking advantage of its lead-in.
