Analysis: Castle has been quite a bubble show the entire season so far. It's also in its eighth season. Castle's ratings took a nosedive this season, currently averaging a 1.1 A18-49 rating, compared to last season's 1.6 A18-49 rating.
Last season, Castle was one of the last shows to get renewed due to contract negotiations. The same is possibly going on this season. With ratings this low, I wouldn't be surprised if it either gets a final season like Bones, or gets canceled.
2. Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders (CBS)

Analysis: Rosewood's low ratings were as a result of being without Empire. I think it's a bubble show to be honest. Empire returns on March 30, and by then, it will be obvious.
