  • Family Guy (1.5 / 1.4)

  • Brooklyn Nine-Nine (1.6 / 1.3)

  • Bones (1.3 / 1.3)

Bubble
  • Bob's Burgers (1.1 / 0.9) (Renewed)
  • Scream Queens (1.3 / 1.0)
  • Rosewood (2.1 / 1.8)
  • Grandfathered (1.2 / 1.0)
Likely Cancellation
  • The Grinder (1.1 / 0.9)
  • Sleepy Hollow (1.0 / 1.0)

Certain Cancellation

  • Minority Report (0.9 / 0.7)
Minority Report was certain to be cancelled from the start of its DOA premiere, and FOX announcing that its episode order is cut by three episodes did not help matters. A 0.7 means cancellation. If Minority Report manages to sink even lower, it's possible the FOX pulls it off the schedule. The good new for FOX is, Gotham has been remarkably steady from a underwhelming premiere, and it remains high on the lineup.

I've upgraded Rosewood which I should have done last time, but I mistook the 8:00 half hour rating as the full hour rating. The show rises considerably at the half because of Empire pretune, so the drop from the prior week was not as terrible as I thought. Rosewood may only be doing well because of Empire, but it is FOX's only new "success" this season. It should get at least a pity renewal if it
stabilizes soon. (2.4-2.0-1.8) I'll see next week if Rosewood has managed to stabilize.

Bones had a good hold from its premiere by dropping only one tenth. As FOX's scripted average continues to plummet, Bones should get more valuable as a reliable utility player. I'm thinking Bones somehow manages to eke out yet another season. Sleepy Hollow had a surprisingly good retention of its premiere, but I think FOX won't need it anymore with Lookinglass and Lucifer coming midseason.

Against massive competition (TWD Premiere), LMOE dropped three tenths w2w with its Family Guy leadin. This is not a good result, but for the time being, there is no need to alarmed. It should rebound with the rest of the block this week with a football leadin and slightly less competition.

On Tuesday, Scream Queens and Grandfathered dropped to a low 1.0. I think Scream Queens has a slight edge over Grandfathered with decent sub demos in A18-34 and W18-34, and recently released C3 numbers show a substantial bump. FOX has ordered six more scripts for the comedy duo, but that doesn't mean anything unless they turn into episodes.
