In a bit of good news for the new ABC Wednesday comedy, the network has announced that Single Parents will be receiving a full back-nine pickup, bringing its season one order to 22 episodes. While the show hasn't been a hit for the network, it has done decently enough, and it currently averages a 1.1. The network hasn't had the most successful season so far, and Single Parents is currently their #3 new show (behind The Conners and The Kids Are Alright, which have both aired just one episode). The show features Taran Killam, Leighton Meester, and Brad Garrett in lead roles, and focuses on a group of single parents and friends.
