Luke Cage Axed by Netflix

Netflix's breakup with Marvel continues, as the second Marvel cancellation in as many weeks has just been reported. Luke Cage, one of Netflix's six shows from Marvel, won't return beyond its already-aired second season. The series seemed to be looking at a third season as recently as last week, with reports of an ongoing writers room, but creative differences caused Luke Cage to get the cancellation ax. Mike Colter starred as the titular hero in the series that ran for 26 episodes.
