iZombie: The #PRJedi trickery is strong with this show. Commenters on TVBTN are defending this show with claims that critics love it and that Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, Reign, Jane the Virgin, The Originals, and The Vampire Diaries are doing much worse. In actuality, the average A18-49 ratings for both The Vampire Diaries and iZombie are about the same. When in what universe does a 0.5 constitute as a "hit" on the CW? Only a reality show and a CBS show on its first season could. And if I need to remind you even further: WB show + Partial backorder + mediocre ratings = likely canceled.
For comparison: Season 2 of The 100 got 0.5-0.6 out of Arrow, and premiered in the fall. It got 16 episodes to start with, unlike iZombie which got 13 to start with for its sophomore season, but only got 6 more episodes.
