*: Adjusted numbers; no half-hours available
(R): Rerun
(LY): The numbers are from last year's finale
Please note that last year's numbers are taken from the whole hour statistics, not the half-hours.

Most networks were back with their usual line-up, with the exception of ABC and the CW, respectively airing a special Marvel night and a special DC night.

The clear winner between the two was DC on the CW, with The Flash returning slightly up with a 1.3 (and a 1.4 in the last half-hour) and two quite convincing DC specials with the Legends of Tomorrow special getting a 0.9 and Dawn of the Justice League a 0.8, both way better than what iZombie would have gotten.

Marvel on ABC was way less lucky. While their special got a slightly better rating with a 0.9 overall, starting with a 1.0, Agent Carter was drastically down with its two-hour season premiere. Dropping four tenths, it's already in the 0's dangerous territory. Just like for Galavant, don't expect a third season here...

You know Tuesdays are a weak night when a CW show manages to be second in its timeslot. Only CBS beat the show, but it beat with a long advance, airing their huge hit NCIS. It and its spin-off were both 3 and 6 tenths, but they still did a convincing job, the first one getting a 2.4, and the other one a 1.8. Yes, it left the 2's territory, but who cares? This one's a sure bet. What isn't, though, is Limitless, dropping two tenths from last episode, getting a 1.1 in the last half-hour. Dangerously close to the 0's, which is a shame especially with such a strong lead-in, the show isn't as stable as it was in the fall and might actually end up getting cancelled... But FOX renewed Scream Queens, so we never know.

NBC was down too, except for Hollywood Game Night that was slightly up in its first half. Chicago Med, however, was down to a 1.6, 3 tenths under its last performance at 10pm after Chicago Fire. Maybe that's the road they should take for next season in order to make the show stronger... The franchise starter, on the other hand, got a 1.7, dropping a tenth from 2 weeks ago's earlier timeslot. Really, inverting the two would be good for everybody!

FOX is really struggling with its new Tuesday comedy block, with every show down by a tenth except for The Grinder, which was already way too low to drop. Plus, it's pretty clear that the new shows are the dark spots of the night, while New Girl and Brooklyn Nine-Nine are both doing okay. And with Grandfathered now in the 0's, my bet is: both cancelled!
