Tonight is the final premiere of the regular season, NBC's Great News. The comedy series will be the third to hold the timeslot this season, after the huge hit This Is Us and the ratings-challenged Trial & Error. Great News will receive similar scheduling to Trial & Error, airing episodes twice weekly following the Voice. The series will receive little comedy competition tonight, with ABC's Fresh Off the Boat off for the night, leaving Great News to only compete with an original episode of Imaginary Mary in the comedy department.
