Finals Update: Shark Tank (1.2) adjusted up.
With ABC's comedy duo absent for the rest of the season, the alphabet network plugged in a new reality series, The Toy Box (0.8). It was significantly below Last Man Standing's lowest data point but was in line with the typically Dr. Ken showing. For what it's worth, it didn't outright bomb but definitely didn't do well considering the amount of time that ABC spent advertising it. Toy Box led into Shark Tank (1.1) which sank three-tenths from its last outing after being off the air for over a month. a steady 20/20 (0.8) rounded off the night.
CBS's drama trio had a steady night as MacGyver (0.9) and Hawaii Five-0 (1.0) each stayed frozen at their low points, but Blue Bloods (1.0) fell a tenth from last week to match its low.
NBC offered the premiere of First Dates (0.8), it managed to match ABC's The Toy Box and performed around what a typical Grimm episode would do, so it can't be called a total loss, but much like Toy Box, any long-term success looks bleak. At 9, Dateline (0.8) slipped a tenth from last week.
If ABC and NBC's reality offerings looked weak, it was nothing compared to Fox's You the Jury (0.4) which outright bombed leading out of a steady Rosewood (0.5). Expectations for You the Jury were incredibly low, so it doesn't come as a surprise, at least it didn't fall below the typical Sleepy Hollow showing.
The CW's The Originals (0.4) gained back a tenth it lost last week but Reign (0.2) stayed frozen at its lowest and only data point.
