'The Great North' (0.68, +0.08) also climbed to its highest rating since the premiere. In the 9PM hour, 'Bob's Burgers' (0.59, +0.10) and 'Family Guy' (0.53, +0.11) were boosted to new season highs for their respective Halloween-themed installments. On ABC, 'Toy Story of Terror!' (0.26) and a rerun of 'The Conners' (0.14) completely underwhelmed in the 7PM hour. That caused 'Celebrity Jeopardy!' (0.34, -0.13) to crash to a new series low and also had a negative effect on 'Celebrity Wheel of Fortune' (0.34, -0.04) and 'The Rookie' (0.28, -0.07). CBS's 'East New York' (0.49, +0.12) got to air directly behind '60 Minutes' (0.68, +0.07) and surged as a result. 'NCIS: Los Angeles' (0.45, +0.11) climbed to a new season high at 9 and led into a rerun of 'Fire Country' (0.23). The 'Packers v. Bills' NFL game (5.36) was nearly a full ratings point higher than last week's 'Steelers v. Dolphins' matchup (4.38) on NBC. The CW's 'Family Law' (0.05, +0.02) picked up two-hundredths while 'Coroner' (0.02, -0.01) ticked down.
