Below are the latest renew/cancel predictions for the Fox network in the 2022-23 television season. The numbers listed in the table mark the Nielsen rating low, average, and high for each respective program in the Adults 18-49 demographic. Since the previous update, the averages of 'The Simpsons', 'The Great North', 'Bob's Burgers', and 'The Resident' have risen. Only scripted programming will be taken into account in this column.

9-1-1: Fox staple '9-1-1' has been in freefall for a couple of years now, with the last season taking a drop close to 30% in the Nielsen ratings. The latest installment of the Ryan Murphy drama slipped to a new series low in the Adults 18-49 demographic (0.56) and was almost 20% below the premiere that aired less than a month ago (0.69). If '9-1-1' were a weaker series, these type of declines would be enough to put it in danger. However, it would take a lot more to sink a series that remains one of the highest-rated on broadcast television. '9-1-1' is Certain to be Renewed as always.

The Cleaning Lady: After rising to a new season high on October 3rd, 'The Cleaning Lady' shed two-hundredths on the 10th and posted a passable 0.35 rating. The good news is that it dipped less than its '9-1-1' lead-in and matched its season premiere in the process. 'The Cleaning Lady' is still Likely to be Renewed and appears to retaining a larger portion of '9-1-1' this month than it was in September.

The Resident: Nothing has been discussed about 'The Resident' since premiere week because the medical drama tends to fly under the radar. The series has essentially remained in the same range since its late-September return, chugging along with a performance that continues to be largely unimpressive. Things got a little better for the Amy Holden Jones drama this week as 'Resident' inched up to its highest rating of the season (0.36). That may not be enough to keep it afloat if outside factors interfere with its fate (especially since the series is unowned and aging), but it remains Likely to be Renewed in this column.

Welcome To Flatch: 'Flatch' scared up an extra hundredth for its October 14th episode and rose to a new season high in the process. Nonetheless, that high is just a meager 0.19 rating in the Adults 18-49 demographic. If Fox renewed this series once and gave it a timeslot upgrade, it would not be a surprise if they granted this low-rated sitcom a third-season renewal. At the same time, the network may be dissatisfied that the upgrade to the post-'Hell's Kitchen' slot did nothing to improve this comedy's numbers. Though 'Flatch' is still Likely to be Canceled, it is not doomed enough to be placed it in the "Certain Cancellation" category due to Fox's bizarre track record of renewing complete duds.
