'Bob Hearts Abishola' (0.44, +0.03) and 'NCIS: Hawai'i' (0.38, +0.10) also made noteworthy gains. 'The Voice' (0.70, -0.02) and 'Quantum Leap' (0.35, -0.05) slipped a bit on NBC. Fox's '9-1-1' (0.63, +0.07) rebounded quite nicely while 'The Cleaning Lady' (0.27, -0.08) crumbled to a new series low. 'All American' (0.13, 0.00) and 'All American: Homecoming' (0.10, 0.00) matched their week-ago debuts on the CW.
