Ratings Analysis: It was a week of diminishing returns on CBS as 'The Neighborhood' (0.49, -0.03), 'Bob Hearts Abishola' (0.41, -0.03), 'NCIS' (0.39, -0.04), and 'NCIS: Hawai'i' (0.28, -0.06) all declined to varying degrees. The slippage was even worse on ABC as 'Bachelor in Paradise' (0.44) dropped by more than a full tenth from last week's episode (0.56). In the 10PM hour, 'The Good Doctor' (0.25, -0.14) completely flatlined after starting off the season in satisfactory shape. This type of post-premiere rejection is common for shows that have just debuted, not for ones that are beginning their sixth season on the air. Fox's '9-1-1' (0.56, -0.08) crashed to a new low, but 'The Cleaning Lady' (0.35, -0.02) only dipped by a minor amount. Amidst all the declines, NBC's 'The Voice' (0.72, +0.01) and 'Quantum Leap' (0.40, +0.04) found themselves rising ever so slightly. 'All American' (0.13) and 'All American: Homecoming' (0.10) were both down from their finales on the CW.
