Ratings Analysis: CBS shows 'The Neighborhood' (0.63, +0.04), 'Bob Hearts Abishola' (0.46, +0.02), and 'NCIS' (0.53, +0.07) all rose to new season highs. 'NCIS: Hawai'i' (0.36, -0.02) was the odd one out in this lineup and slipped a little further. Fox's '9-1-1' (0.69, +0.06) tied its previous high that was set on season premiere night. At 9, 'The Cleaning Lady' (0.32, +0.05) rebounded a bit from last week's ugly new low. On ABC, 'Bachelor in Paradise' (0.58) was six-hundredths higher than last Monday, but 'The Good Doctor' (0.33, -0.01) shed a hundredth at 10. 'The Voice' (0.60, -0.10) and new drama 'Quantum Leap' (0.33, -0.02) shrunk in size on NBC. The CW's 'All American' (0.14, +0.01) and 'All: American: Homecoming' (0.13, +0.03) both climbed to their highest ratings of the season.
