Saturday TV Ratings 10/15/22: Saturday Night Live Drops to New Low, Fox Leads Night with USC/Utah College Football, East New York Hits New High for Repeats (Final Ratings)

Ratings Analysis: Though they had Megan Thee Stallion as both host and musical guest, 'Saturday Night Live' (0.66, -0.07) slipped to a new series low on NBC. Earlier in the night, the 'Stanford v. Notre Dame' college football game (0.42) was also seven-hundredths lower than last week's 'BYU v. Notre Dame' faceoff (0.49). Fox topped the night altogether with its 'USC v. UT' college football game (0.78), narrowly outpacing ABC's 'Clemson v. Florida St.' broadcast (0.74) in the process. CBS had football-boosted reruns of 'East New York' (0.56/0.38) and an original episode of '48 Hours' (0.31, +0.08). Few tuned into The CW's 'Queen Elizabeth II' special (0.06), but the 9PM repeat of 'The Winchesters' (0.08) improved a bit from there.
