CBS Orders Legal Drama Victoria’s Justice

CBS is aiming for a younger audience in its newest show, tapping Nickelodeon star Victoria Justice to topline their latest legal drama, titled Victoria's Justice. The Tiffany Network is expected to air the new drama on Mondays at 9 PM, replacing All Rise, which has yet to be renewed or canceled. This will put the series in direct competition with The Voice, which will welcome Justice's former Victorious co-star Ariana Grande as a judge for its fall season. In Victoria's Justice, Justice will portray Victoria Allender, a child star who made a late-in-life decision to attend law school and become a lawyer. Now fresh out of her Dartmouth education, Victoria finds that being an up-and-coming lawyer isn't so easy. She relies on her former manager Greg and her legal mentor Amanda to get her through this trying time in her budding career. Asked about the new series, CBS President Kelly Kahl said "I think we ALL want justice, and there's no better way to do that than to showcase the many talents of Victoria Justice on this creative and unique legal drama. We're thrilled for her to join the CBS family.” The series will also stream on Paramount+, and Justice has alreadt been set to star in a series of promos for the streamer, in which her character scales Paramount Mountain.
