Preliminary Analysis: CBS's drama lineup returned in dominant form, with a stable 'NCIS' (0.9) outpacing all other programs. 'FBI' (0.7) shed a tenth at 9 while 'FBI: Most Wanted' (0.6) did not budge at 10. The news on the other networks was much less sunny as NBC's 'This Is Us' (0.7) lost two-tenths and slipped to a new low. 'New Amsterdam' (0.4) was flat in the 10pm slot. Earlier in the evening, 'Young Rock' (0.5) gave back a few more hundredths, but 'Kenan' (0.4) held at its series low. ABC was even deeper in flop territory as 'Pooch Perfect' (0.4) fell by two-tenths following last week's respectable start. 'Black-ish' (0.3) and 'Mixed-ish' (0.3) found themselves in series low territory after that, with the former losing two-tenths and the latter dropping by one. The 'Soul of a Nation' finale (0.2) remained unchanged at 10. Fox had encores of 'The Resident' (0.3) and 'The Masked Singer' (0.3). 'The Flash' (0.3) ticked up on the CW, but 'Supergirl' (0.1) couldn't make any gains in week 2.
