Friday TV Ratings 4/23/21: 20/20 and Shark Tank Slip, Dateline Rises (UPDATED)

Preliminary Analysis: With CBS's dramas in repeat-mode (0.3/0.3/0.3), ABC's 'Shark Tank' (0.6) was free to top the night despite a one-tenth decline. '20/20' (0.4) lost two-tenths at 9 and fell behind a rising outing of NBC's Dateline' (0.5). Earlier in the peacock network's evening, 'The Blacklist' (0.4) held even. Fox's 'WWE Smackdown' (0.5) lost a tenth while The CW had encores of 'Whose Line' (0.1/0.1) and 'Penn & Teller' (0.1).
