Ratings Analysis: Emmy-winning comedy 'Abbott Elementary' (0.57) made the move from Tuesday evenings to Wednesday nights and viewers clearly followed along with it. This rating was on-par with the sitcom's April finale and only seven-hundredths below its strongest showing (0.64). Right after 'Abbott', 'Home Economics' (0.38) returned with its highest rating since early February and was just three-hundredths behind its season premiere from fall 2021 (0.41). Earlier in the night, ABC aired the season five premiere of 'The Conners' (0.53) and the 10th season debut of 'The Goldbergs' (0.44). 'Conners' was well above its spring levels in this new timeslot while 'Goldbergs' was only a tiny bit higher than its season finale/all-time low (0.39). 10PM drama 'Big Sky' (0.26) remained abysmal in its move to Wednesdays, returning a single hundredth above its finale (0.25). On CBS, 'Survivor' (0.79) was only a hundredth higher than its series low on premiere night. In the 10PM hour, 'The Amazing Race' (0.46) went the extra mile by creating a new low for itself. Fox's 'The Masked Singer' (0.63) tied its series low on arrival and led into the middling return of 'LEGO Masters' (0.36). NBC's 'Chicago Med' (0.70) improved from its May finale (0.67), but 'Chicago Fire' (0.69) and 'Chicago PD' (0.67) declined from where they left off (0.80/0.74). The CW's 'Stargirl' (0.06, -0.02) shed two-hundredths and was followed by reruns of 'World's Funniest Animals' (0.05/0.04).
