Ratings Analysis: ABC sitcom 'Abbott Elementary' (0.57, +0.08) capped off its first season in solid fashion and posted its strongest rating in nearly two months. 'Judge Steve Harvey' (0.54, +0.09) and the penultimate episode of 'Black-ish' (0.43, +0.08) climbed to their highest ratings since February while 'To Tell the Truth' (0.31, +0.03) had a more modest rise. 'The Thing About Pam' (0.34, -0.01) ticked down for its finale, as did the 9PM edition of 'This Is Us' (0.77, -0.04). 'Young Rock' (0.41, +0.09) nearly gained a full tenth at 8 as 'Mr. Mayor' (0.28, +0.01) rose by a single hundredth. On CBS, 'FBI' (0.63, -0.03), 'FBI: International' (0.54, -0.02), and 'FBI: Most Wanted' (0.51, -0.06) all declined. 'The Resident' (0.41, -0.02) and 'Name That Tune' (0.33, -0.02) forfeited two-hundredths apiece on Fox. The CW aired reruns of 'Superman & Lois' (0.05) and 'Naomi' (0.03).
