Nine Nine! FOX has renewed workplace comedy Brooklyn Nine-Nine for a fifth season. Its ratings are around on par with the rest of its live-action comedies and has a syndication deal with TBS for the first five seasons.The series takes place in Brooklyn's 99th precinct and follows Detective Jake Peralta (Andy Samberg) and Holt, his uptight captain (Andre Braugher). Others in the cast include Amy Santiago (Melissa Fumero), Terry Jeffords (Terry Crews), Rosa Diaz (Stephanie Beatriz), Charles Boyle (Joe Lo Truglio), and Gina Linetti (Chelsea Peretti).
