Home Economics has hit the lottery! ABC has renewed the series for a second season, following a short run this season. Its seven-episode first season debuted in early April and has averaged 0.47 thus far. This is one of the lowest averages of any ABC series, but ABC clearly sees potential in it and decided to give it a second chance. The network has been heavily promoting the series and have repeated it in many slots, a sign that they are doign their all to make the show work. Topher Grace, Karla Souza, Jimmy Tatro, Caitlin McGee and Sasheer Zamata star in the series.
