The Unicorn has gone extinct, as CBS has canceled the comedy series after two seasons. The series was reporedly an internal favorite at CBS, but its ratings were simply too abysmal to justify another season. It was the third lowest-rated show on CBS, ahead of only SWAT and Clarice, and averaged a 0.45 in the 18-49 demo in season two. It had a shortened second season and often aired episodes behind repeats, and didn't seem to have much going for it. The series, which starred Walton Goggins, Michaela Watkins, Rob Corddry, Omar Miller and Maya Lynne Robinson, ran for thirty-one episodes over its two seasons. This is a correct prediction for the TV Ratings Guide.
