'Magnum PI' (0.4) shed a tenth for its finale but had less lead-in help than usual from a repeat of 'Kids Say' (0.3). 'Blue Bloods' (0.4) was flat at 10. 'The Blacklist' (0.3) inched down as 'Dateline' (0.4) tied its previous episode. The CW's 'Dynasty' (0.0) returned in laughably-awful fashion, falling from its steady 'Charmed' lead-in (0.1).
