After six seasons on Sunday, Once Upon a Time made the move to Fridays (0.7) in particularly ugly fashion. It could barely tie its series low and was a far cry from its year-ago 1.3 debut (or its 0.9 finale). Nevertheless, things could have been much worse. The aging fairytale drama led into the second episode of Inhumans (0.7) which fell two-tenths from last week's workable premiere. At 10, 20/20 (0.7) enjoyed an uptick.

Over on CBS, MacGyver (0.8) and Hawaii Five-0 (1.0) remained frozen at their premiere numbers while Blue Bloods (1.0) lost a tenth.

Fox's The Exorcist (0.5) also tied its pitifully low debut while Hell's Kitchen (0.8) inched down at 8.

NBC stuck a repeat of The Voice at 8 (0.6) and wrapped up the night with an original Dateline (1.0).

The CW remained in repeat mode (0.3/0.2/0.3).
