The Voice took a three-tenth hit against baseball's highest-rated event, falling down to a 1.9 but still staying healthy, and This Is Us also fell two tenths. Law & Order: True Crime appeared unaffected, actually gaining a tenth.
More of the same for ABC 8-10 and CBS, as all shows but Fresh Off The Boat (down one tenth) stayed steady from its weak-ago performance. Kevin (Probably) Saves the World, however, had a bad week, hitting a 0.6 in the A18-49 demographic and no longer being the improvement over SHIELD that it once looked like it could be. Chances are something else will be in that time slot by early 2018.
The CW saw The Flash tick up to a 1.0 rating, meaning that Tuesday at 8pm may very well be the only hour on television where all shows on all five networks get a non-fractional rating. With NBC airing their signature singing show, CBS airing NCIS, and ABC The Middle, all against the World Series, the hour has become one of the most competitive on television. Legends of Tomorrow unfortunately did not see an uptick.
Finals Update: World Series Game One (+0.8), Fresh Off the Boat (+0.1), This Is Us (+0.1), and Kevin (Probably) (+0.1) adjusted up. Law & Order True Crime (-0.1) adjusted down.
