Arrow and Supernatural premiered at a 0.6 and 0.7 respectively this season. At that level, they are highly likely to be renewed. Why not "certain"? Arrow and Supernatural depend on cast contracts and are in traditional syndication. Arrow is in season 6, and Supernatural is in season 13. At this point, the older the show gets, the more costly it gets.
At this point, I have decided to upgrade Riverdale to "certain to be renewed". With the Netflix deal, there is no way that Riverdale gets canceled any time soon.
