Mr. Robot hit a series low 0.18. Conan was down to 0.18. MSNBC's Morning Joe was up to 0.13. Velshi & Ruhle sank to 0.07, while Deadline: White House lost all of its Tuesday uptick and sank to 0.1. All In with Chris Hayes was at 0.2. Wolf on CNN was up to 0.19.
