Thanksgiving Daytime Ratings: Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade Has Massive Result, Washington/Cowboys NFL Game Huge

Thanksgiving 2020 saw multiple high-publicized, heavily-watched special airings outside of primetime. Perhaps most beloved of all is the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, which drew a huge 5.8 for NBC and nearly 22 million viewers. Behind it, the National Dog Show had a strong 3.1 with about 12 million tuning in. Two daytime NFL games also aired, with Fox's Washington/Cowboys posting a huge result that later boosted The Masked Singer to nearly a series high.
