Preliminary Analysis: The CW's 'Stargirl' (0.2) closed out its 13-episode first season even with last week and steady with every episode sans the first two. The season finale led into a flat 'Tell Me a Story' (0.1). 'America's Got Talent' (0.9) was up a notch from last week's anniversary special but down a tenth from its last original broadcast. Although the NBC juggernaut was easily the top program, it's a bit unsettling that the show that was pulling 2.0 ratings in summer 2018 has already fallen this low. 'World of Dance' (0.6) shed a tenth at 10pm. ABC's 'What Would You Do?' (0.4) held even at 10, doubling its putrid 'Mixed-ish' repeat (0.2) lead-in. The alphabet network's repeats of 'Modern Family' (0.3/0.3) and 'Black-ish' (0.3) didn't perform much better. And CBS's drama repeats (0.4/0.4/0.3) once more bested Fox's efforts (0.4/0.2) head-on.
Finals Update: Repeats of Hell's Kitchen (-0.1) and Blackish (-0.1) adjusted down.
