Thursday TV Ratings 8/6/20: To Tell The Truth Rises and Tops the Night, Don’t Also Rises, MLB Has a Mediocre Night

Preliminary Analysis: ABC was mostly on the rebound with both 'Don't' (0.5) and 'To Tell the Truth' (0.6) gaining a tenth from last week. 'Holey Moley' (0.5) held even once more in the 8pm slot. 'Truth' actually managed to top the night altogether, a feat it hasn't accomplished until now.

Nothing on the other four networks managed a rating higher than a 0.4. CBS's repeat line-up (0.4/0.3/0.3/0.3/0.3) was essentially on par with NBC's mix of 'Ellen' (0.4) and 'SVU' encores (0.3/0.3). 'MLB Baseball' (0.4) was flat with last week's dismal outing on Fox. The CW remained frozen in 0.1 territory with 'Killer Camp' and a 'Penn & Teller' repeat.
