I’m Sorry Canceled, Season Three Renewal Rescinded

Another show had joined an elite unlucky club of shows canceled after prior renewals due to COVID-19. TruTV's I'm Sorry will not be back for the third season that was previously ordered. The show, which was shot on-location and not on a soundstage, filmed multiple episodes before shutting down during the early days of the COVID-19 crisis. With on-location filming unable to resume, and costs of moving to a soundstage too high, the show found iteslf in an unlucky situation and was canceled. Series creator and star Andrea Savage revealed the news, along with the news that the show was set to move from TruTV to TBS for the third season. Savage starred in the series alongside Tom Everett Scott, and Kathy Baker and Martin Mull recurred.
