Predict the Premiere Ratings of The Neighborhood and Happy Together

Tonight, CBS debuts its new Monday comedy lineup, consisting of newbies The Neighborhood and Happy Together. The Eye Network has struggled with premieres lately, with Murphy Brown's revival and the Magnum PI reboot disappointing and most of their veterans returning heavily down, including their #1 series, The Big Bang Theory. Could either of these new comedies change their fate, or will they go down in flames just like the rest of the network last week?
