Preliminary Analysis: ABC's Thursday lineup remained unchallenged despite 'Celebrity Wheel of Fortune' (1.1) losing a tenth, 'The Chase' (0.8) shedding two, and 'The Hustler' (0.6) inching down. 'Wheel' was once again the only program of the night to break the 1.0 threshold, with all other networks failing to rise higher than a 0.7 rating. On Fox, 'Hell's Kitchen' (0.7) lost a tenth from last week's premiere, as did 'Last Man Standing' (0.5) at 9:30. But 'Call Me Kat' (0.5) took a troubling two-tenth dip in the 9pm hour, potentially putting its chances of renewal in jeopardy. NBC's 'Mr Mayor' (0.5) only fell by one-tenth when compared to last week's 1-hour premiere (0.60/0.55). The Ted Danson sitcom led into the return of 'Superstore' (0.5). The longtime comedy held even as it begins to air out its final stretch of episodes. The peacock network closed the evening with a steady 'SVU' (0.6) and a rising 'Dateline' (0.4). CBS was once more in repeat-mode with 'Young Sheldon' (0.5), 'B Positive' (0.4), 'Mom' (0.3), 'The Unicorn' (0.3), and 'Star Trek: Discovery' (0.1). The CW had the finale of 'World's Funniest Animals' (0.1/0.1) and a 'Legacies' rerun (0.1).
Finals Update: 'Celebrity Wheel of Fortune' (1.2, +0.1), 'The Chase' (0.9, +0.1), 'Call Me Kat' (0.6, +0.1), 'Young Sheldon' repeat (0.6, +0.1), 'Mom' repeat (0.4, +0.1), and 'Star Trek: Discovery' repeat (0.2, +0.1) all adjusted up.
