Call Your Mother: It didn't have much help in the lead-in department, but the debut of Call Your Mother did little to make me think it has much life in it. Its 0.5 premiere rating gives it very little room to fall, and given its large promotional push for this episode, it's hard to imagine it holding at this rating for its whole run. If it falls below this, it's in deep trouble, seeing as it's a first-season show that isn't fully produced by ABC. A 0.4 isn't a very encouraging rating for a first-season show, and a 0.3 is unacceptable. This also doesn't feel like a show that will experience a large boost in delayed viewing on streaming platforms, so my LEANS CANCELLATION prediction for it feels fair, and perhaps even too generous.
