DC’s Legends of Tomorrow Canceled After 7 Seasons

Just hours after announcing Batwoman's cancellation, another CW superhero drama has gotten the axe. Veteran DC property Legends of Tomorrow has been canceled after a seven-season CW run, bringing the network's Arrowverse franchise to just two shows now. LOT was one of the network's longest-running programs currently airing this season, second only to The Flash. The series, like Batwoman, rated towards the middle of the CW ratings pack, with a 0.09 average. That was a 6% increase from its sixth season, though that was not enough to save the aging series during a transitionary period for its home network. Caity Lotz, Nick Zano, Tala Ashe, Jessica Macallan and Olivia Swann were among the stars of the series. This is a correct prediction for The TV Ratings Guide.
